1. About Tokunbo.Select

Tokunbo.Select provides a platform to help users discover, evaluate, and understand vehicles sourced from international auctions, and to receive guidance related to vehicle importing, shipping, and related processes.

Tokunbo.Select is not a car dealer, auction house, or vehicle owner, and does not guarantee the availability, condition, or final purchase of any vehicle listed.

2. Eligibility

To use Tokunbo.Select you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and use the platform for lawful purposes only.

By using the platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Nature of Our Services

We provide access to vehicle listings and auction-related information, pricing estimates, import guidance, and coordination with third parties.

We do not own or sell vehicles, control auction outcomes, guarantee condition or title status, or guarantee shipping/customs outcomes. Every decision remains with the user.

4. Accuracy of Information

Vehicle information, reports, and pricing estimates come from third-party sources and are provided as-is. Tokunbo.Select does not warrant that data is error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, conduct your own independent checks, understand the risks associated with auctions, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for your final decisions and outcomes.

6. Third-Party Services

We may work with auction providers, shipping/logistics partners, customs agents, payment or verification providers. Tokunbo.Select is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, delays, or failures.

Engagement with third parties may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Vehicle History Reports and ClearVin Terms

Vehicle history reports on Tokunbo.Select are powered by ClearVin. Reports are provided for your personal or internal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, republished, or incorporated into a commercial database or competing service.

ClearVin owns all rights, title, and interest in its services, including reports, databases, software, and trademarks. You must not copy, reproduce, or otherwise infringe ClearVin's proprietary rights.

Reports are delivered directly from ClearVin without modification by Tokunbo.Select. Tokunbo.Select does not alter, edit, amend, or independently verify the contents of ClearVin reports.

By purchasing or using a ClearVin report, you acknowledge that you use the report at your own risk and waive claims against ClearVin, its affiliates, and data providers arising from your use of the report. ClearVin is not liable for losses, damages, or costs connected to reliance on its services.

8. NMVTIS Consumer Access Product Disclaimer

Certain vehicle history reports offered through Tokunbo.Select include data from the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS). By purchasing or using a report that contains NMVTIS data, you acknowledge and agree that NMVTIS data is provided "as is" and may not include all events in a vehicle's history.

Neither NMVTIS, its operators, sources, sponsors, ClearVin, nor Tokunbo.Select guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. Reports may not reflect every accident, title issue, or event connected to a VIN.

You are solely responsible for how you use the information, and you assume all risks in relying on the data. Tokunbo.Select provides access to NMVTIS records through ClearVin reports but does not modify or verify NMVTIS data.

9. Fees and Payments

Any Tokunbo.Select service fees will be communicated before you proceed. Unless specified otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for auction bid payments made directly to third parties.

10. Identification and Compliance

To deliver certain services you may be required to provide valid identification documents. By submitting such documents you confirm they are accurate and lawful, and you consent to sharing them with third-party service providers strictly for service delivery and compliance purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content-text, design, logos, data structures, software-is owned by or licensed to Tokunbo.Select. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, misrepresent your identity, interfere with security, or scrape/reverse-engineer data. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

Tokunbo.Select is not liable for losses arising from auction outcomes, vehicle condition, shipping delays, customs issues, or third-party failures. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tokunbo.Select harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or dealings with third parties.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated or continued access poses legal or operational risk.

16. Changes to These Terms

Updates may be posted periodically with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
